Fitness for life - This class was very interesting. It was a good one to take with Anatomy and Pilates. They all went hand in hand. One assignment was 2 track my eating for two days and submit my eating log with some things I learned. My final assignment was my input on the lifelong wellness concepts I learned in the class. I have attached both of these assignments.
